The Stella Blue on 6-28-88 drips with emotion. He stiffles a chuckle during the song, but he really puts his heart into it. I absolutley love the long guitar sustain (I don't think I'm phrasing that right) in the first solo, it can bring a tear to my eye missing Jerry so much.

I know it's not the favorite 70's Jerry that everyone loves to listen to, but this rocks. And that show rocked. I'll bet that most of you were at this show, and even though marred by the gate crashers, SPAC was a great venue.

Thanks Scrim. I was not at this show but did see a couple from that tour.

That Stella is awesome. Both of Garcia's solos are great, and he really takes it up a notch at the end.
